- How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually ready for dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Delivery may take longer in the unlikely event of the article being sold out. We will of course notify you immediately if this is the case.
- How will my order be delivered?
All orders are packed in neutral white boxes and delivered by DHL. The sender will be “Anna Christina Rau”, the proprietor of kleine körbchen, and not “kleine körbchen”.
- Can I also have my order sent to a DHL Packstation?
We will gladly also send your order to a DHL Packstation. You can provide a separate delivery address while you are placing your order. Please enter your Ident number in the field "Adresszusatz" (address extension), and enter your Packstation number instead of your street and house number.
- How much do you charge for delivery?
We charge a flat rate of € 4.95 per delivery address and order to cover postage, packing and delivery within Germany, irrespective of the value of your order. For orders sent to European countries outside Germany we charge a flat rate of € 9.95 per delivery address and order.
- Can I place an order with kleine körbchen if I am living outside Germany?
We are happy to send orders outside Germany. However, please note that the delivery charges for orders sent outside Germany will be higher than for those sent within Germany. Orders sent outside the EU are also subject to duty and fees that must be paid by the recipient. You can obtain more information from your local customs office. Please also note that if you choose to pay in advance, you may also be charged fees for foreign bank transactions. Paying these is your responsibility. We therefore advise you to pay by PayPal or SEPA transfer. Duty, fees and other handling charges will not be reimbursed if you return the merchandise.
- Can I return the items I ordered?
If you don’t like any of the items you ordered, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must still have the label attached, be unworn and be packed in the original packaging. You will find more information about returns in our cancellation instruction, which we are sending you in text form together with our General Terms and Conditions.

- How can I exchange or return items?
If you don’t like an item, we guarantee to take it back provided it is unworn, the label is still attached, it is returned in the original packaging and we receive it within 14 days.
If you wish to return an item, please fill out the form enclosed with your order and provide the following information:
- Name and address
- List of items returned
- Bank account information for refunds if applicable
Once complete, please put the form in with the items you are returning. Use the box in which you received the delivery and make sure that every item is well packed in the original packaging.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com to request a franked parcel stamp. We will then e-mail you the parcel stamp as a PDF file. Print the file and affix the parcel stamp to the outside of the box so that it is clearly visible. You can then hand in the parcel at any Deutsche Post post office or Packstation free of charge.

In mid-2014, it became known that encryption protocol SSL 3.0 contains a serious programming error that affects the secure transmission of data via the internet. PayPal therefore stopped supporting SSL 3.0 on 3 December 2014. If you use Windows XP or a very old version of Internet Explorer, you will consequently have been unable to use PayPal since 3 December.
